Believe it or not, I have almost deleted this video, but have left it up, please read...
My main services are as a Strength & Conditioning Coach as well as Diet Consultant for Fat Loss, Muscle Mass & Exercise Optimization.
Keep in mind that this video is a summary of just one common cause.
* On this point I want to make it clear that I am not even necessarily recommending a Low Carb Diet, for many people, its specific kinds of carbs that cause an issue, hence the SCDiet or for a lot of people eliminating high FODMAP foods is the best first step.
* Whatever you choose, please consult a healthcare professional, and please do not contact me asking whether you should have a surgery or not. I am not a medical doctor, I am just some dude who made a neat video many years ago after doing some research. I am not a miracle worker nor am I a health-care wanna be Doctor practitioner thingymadoo.
I am also not implying that there are no other effective treatments, nor that carbohydrate fermentation is the ONLY cause of GERD.
